Description:

The Form I-9 is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

With so many updates to the Form I-9 over the last several years including the most recent release on Jan 31, 2020, there is a lot of confusion about how the changes strike the employers. These changes came forth during the COVID-19 Pandemic and a lot of employers are seeking clarity.

This CPE course will review all the changes in detail and how the employer can deal with them.importance
